Our goal is to protect our clients as well as ourselves and provide a safe environment and healthy working space for our clients and our instructors.Below are a few terms and conditions outlined that we abide by for all our swimming lessons. Thank you for understanding and for your co-operation.
- For 8 classes once a week:
- All swimming lessons within 75 days expiry
- For 8 classes twice a week:
- All lessons within a 45 day expiry
Terms & Conditions
ACTIVITY AGREEMENT
24-Hour Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a lesson and provide at least 24 hours’ notice, you will not be charged. However, if a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full price of the scheduled lesson will be charged.
Tardiness: If you anticipate being late, please notify your instructor via text. Note that the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time. Should your instructor be delayed, you will receive a text notification, and the lesson may extend beyond the scheduled time if you prefer.
WAIVER & RELEASE
Caution: There are inherent risks in any swimming-related activity. While TWINZO SWIM ACADEMY has provided a skilled and knowledgeable instructor, we remind you that swimming involves unavoidable risks. TWINZO SWIM ACADEMY prioritizes safety, providing guidelines to protect swimmers from injury or illness. Participants and their parents must follow all instructions from instructors to ensure safety.
The following rules apply:
- Participants must wear a properly fitted swimsuit (and goggles if requested).
- Inform the instructor if your child is unwell or has any ongoing symptoms.
- Notify the instructor of any physical, mental, or emotional conditions that may impact participation.
- Remain alert to hazards near the pool or in locker room areas, reporting any risks to the instructor.
- Be aware of the location of safety equipment in the pool area.
- Participants may only enter the pool area under the supervision of an instructor or parent.
- No diving or headfirst entry is allowed in shallow water.
- Instructor permission is required before diving into deep water.
- Running on the pool deck is prohibited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By enrolling in classes with Twinzo Swimming Academy, you acknowledge and accept the inherent health and safety risks associated with swimming activities. You agree to assume these risks at your own expense and to consult with qualified instructors regarding any activity under this agreement.
Twinzo Swimming Academy, including its directors, officers, agents, staff, instructors, volunteers, and representatives, shall not be liable for damages or injuries resulting from participation in swimming activities or the use of any provided equipment. You hereby release Twinzo Swimming Academy from any current or future claims, demands, or causes of action arising from these activities.
Twinzo Swimming Academy is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property while on premises or during academy activities.
RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I understand that swimming involves risks, including potential injury or, in rare cases, drowning or death. I assume all associated risks and agree to TWINZO SWIM ACADEMY’s terms. I release TWINZO SWIM ACADEMY and its instructors from liability for accidents or injuries incurred during lessons. Additionally, I acknowledge that neither TWINZO SWIM ACADEMY nor its instructors are liable for medical expenses resulting from such incidents.
HARASSMENT PROTECTION
Due to the hands-on nature of swimming instruction, I understand that some physical contact may occur in a professional context. I consent to this contact, which is part of effective instruction. TWINZO SWIM ACADEMY’s instructors are accredited professionals with international experience and training. This policy is designed to protect both instructors and learners from potential misunderstandings or harassment claims.

Twinzo Swimming Academy is committed to protecting your personal information through responsible management. We collect personal details such as name, gender, address, postal code, email, and age to enhance service quality and ensure a safe environment. This data supports program communication, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance.
Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel and securely stored. You have the right to access and update your information upon written request.
Your email and phone number may be used to communicate relevant program information and service feedback. To opt out of email communication, please submit a written request.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are not issued in cash. Requests may be made after the first two classes or within one week from the course start date, whichever comes first. Approved refunds will be provided as a gift card or voucher, valued based on the remaining classes, in accordance with the above Payment Policy.
